1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Engineer in 14 Days ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You may create an account by signing in through GitHub or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Use the Platform to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, lesson materials, code examples, and design elements on the Platform are the property of AI Engineer in 14 Days or its licensors. You may use the materials for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the course content without prior written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

When you post content on the Platform (including discussion posts, comments, and community feed entries), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform includes AI-powered features such as the AI Tutor, code evaluation, and playground. Content generated by these features is provided "as is" for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses. You should independently verify any AI-generated code or advice before using it in production systems.

7. Community Guidelines

When participating in discussions, the community feed, or the leaderboard, you agree to:

• Be respectful and constructive in all interactions
• Not post discriminatory, harassing, or threatening content
• Not share others' personal information without their consent
• Report any content or behavior that violates these guidelines

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Engineer in 14 Days and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or career outcomes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
